G&K Training: Thinking outside the box
Several in-house trainings last week: on Friday, Managing Director Christian Gaus presented and explained key management principles of the company’s management. Already on Wednesday, Thomas Wolf (photo), press officer of Kreissparkasse Göppingen, gave a lecture on customer satisfaction.
Both events are part of the firm’s own quality management system. Thomas Wolf was invited as an external speaker in the course of the in-house training series “G&K Training”. As deputy member of the Management Board and press officer of Kreissparkasse Göppingen, he has relevant practical experience.
Thomas Wolf first explained the current strategy of Kreissparkasse aimed at measuring customer satisfaction on the basis of meaningful variables and deriving concrete measures for quality management. The following discussion was also interesting because Kreissparkasse is active in the business segment of real estate and construction financing and thus has some overlaps with the architectural sector.
Before the workshop with Thomas Wolf, there was a half-hour update on the topic of self-management and the use of appropriate software tools on Wednesday. This advanced training is also part of the ongoing QM process at Gaus & Knödler Architects.Learn more about G&K Training Back
